Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to
BBX is the construction-materials disposal & recycling service of Burnaby Blacktop Ltd (Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada). The dirtgone.net platform is operated by A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V. (San Salvador, El Salvador) as technology provider. By using this site or submitting a project you accept these terms. You must be 18 or older and, if you act for a company, authorized to do so.
2. What the service is
You tell us about material you need to move — concrete, asphalt, mixed loads or soil — and we come back with disposal pricing and options, normally in less than 24 hours. If you want it, we coordinate trucking and disposal with local operators. Posting a project costs nothing and doesn't oblige you to hire us.
3. Estimates — not final prices
- Every number we send back is an estimate — not a fixed price and not a binding offer.
- Pricing is always subject to verification of the actual material, on site and at the scale. If the load comes in different from what was described, we re-estimate up front before proceeding.
- Any actual disposal, trucking or material services are contracted directly with Burnaby Blacktop Ltd under its own service terms and applicable local law.
4. Soil classification needs a lab
- Impacted or contaminated soil cannot be classified — or accepted — without a laboratory analytical. Client declarations or origin guesses never set a classification.
- Soil classifications (RL / CL / IL / AL) come from the analytical and the determinations of qualified professionals.
5. Materials we can't take
We can't accept hazardous or prohibited material — including asbestos, treated wood, drywall/gypsum, hydrovac slurry, free liquids, e-waste and batteries, household or medical garbage, and invasive plants (e.g. knotweed). Not sure about something in the pile? Flag it in the form and we'll sort it out.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information — estimates and site logistics depend on it.
- Only upload files you have the right to share, and only documents about your project. Don't include other people's personal information without their authorization.
- File links under /files/ are internal working links for your project and our intake team — don't circulate them.
7. Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no scraping or harvesting, no interfering with its operation or security (including the bot check), no false, unlawful or abusive submissions, and no uploading malicious code.
8. Intellectual property
The site, the BBX name and its content belong to Burnaby Blacktop Ltd and/or A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V. or their licensors. Normal browsing is fine; copying or reusing them for anything else needs written permission.
9. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party tools — Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection) and Google Maps (address search). Those tools are governed by their own terms and policies, and we're not responsible for external sites we link to.
10. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and its estimates are provided "as is", as a pricing and coordination tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Burnaby Blacktop Ltd and A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from reliance on an estimate before the material is verified.
11. Indemnity
If you break these terms — or upload content you had no right to share — and that causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to hold Burnaby Blacktop Ltd and A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V. harmless from that claim, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply from posting.
13. Governing law & disputes
These site terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, and disputes about the site or platform go to the competent courts of San Salvador. Service agreements and estimates with Burnaby Blacktop Ltd are governed by their own terms and by applicable local law (British Columbia, Canada). Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under your local law.
